Join our team as a System Engineer and play a critical role in managing backup environments, implementing robust virtualization and networking practices, and ensuring high availability of IT resources. You will work hands-on with leading technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam, and Dell, and collaborate with experts to proactively safeguard and optimize our clients’ information systems in a rapidly evolving technical landscape:
- Manage and monitor Backup Environment and Infrastructure
- Install, Update and Reconfigure Backup Infrastructure Systems
- Maintenance Backup Policies (troubleshoot, change, create)
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Perform data recoveries as requested
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Job Requirements
- Experience as a System Administrator of Windows and Linux OS (installation, configuration, package management, etc.)
- Basic Networking (Understand the concept of VLANs, Load Balance Algorithms, IP Addressing, TCP/IP)
- Good knowledge of Veeam, Dell Technologiesand Data Protection Services
- Basic Virtualization Technologies in VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiar with Backup Storage Appliance and Raid Technologies
- Proven hands-on system engineering experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems is desirable
- Familiar with Cloud Technologies (e.g. MS Azure)
- Relevant Certifications
