Microsoft Systems Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a Microsoft Systems Engineer who is a team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. The candidate will oversee activities related to the installation and monitoring of client applications and systems (Windows). The Microsoft Systems Engineer will determine applicable system revisions or updates in accordance with appropriate operating procedures. Additionally, the Microsoft Systems Engineer will be responsible for configuring, tuning, maintaining, and monitoring Windows Servers. His responsibilities will be to:
- Install and configure Microsoft infrastructure servers, storage, systems, network devices
- Perform AD/GPO related tasks
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades
- Understand and articulate the impact of Microsoft Windows technologies
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability
- Analyze technical issues and provide 2nd level support

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems is desirable
- Understand and articulate the impact of Microsoft Windows technologies
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant position with hand-on duties (installation, maintenance etc.)
- Microsoft Certifications are required
- Experience in MS Windows Server services (DNS, AD)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments.
- You are solution-focused with a proactive and customer-centric attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
