We are looking for an Inside Sales who is a team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Our company is looking for a dynamic and results oriented Inside Sales to strengthen our sales team. The ideal candidate will support sales processes, communicate with customers and help ensure high levels of customer service and support.
- Handling customer requests and preparing and sending financial quotes and offers.
- Enter and track orders and manage questions or problems related to orders.
- Send copies of software and hardware invoices and certifications.
- Registration of technical issues and opportunities in the system.
- Maintain customer inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for quote requests and promotions.
- Help with configurations and transactions with suppliers

- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service position.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of using CRM and MS Office software.
- Orientation towards customer service and achieving goals.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
