We are looking for a Presales Engineer, supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise, solution design, and customer-facing product demonstrations. This professional acts as the link between sales and technical teams, ensuring that client requirements are understood and addressed through appropriate solutions. Presales Engineer responsibilities include testing and integrating program software systems to address and solve specific business problems within an organization. Ultimately, you will work with the organization’s leaders to identify problems and then work with our IT Team to address those problems with innovative software solutions:
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Planning and delivering product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for potential clients.
- Architecting and documenting technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Responding to technical queries and preparing proposal, RFP/RFI responses, and sales documentation.
- Training sales teams, distributors, and end-users on product capabilities and latest technologies.
- Conducting detailed requirements analysis and solution design for integration projects.
- Supporting post-sales activities by ensuring smooth deployment and addressing issues that arise after installation.
- Keeping up to date with product developments, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Building relationships across product management, engineering, and client teams to improve solutions and provide customer-centric feedback.

Job Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
- Strong understanding of modern IT environments, data-related solutions, and core technology areas (e.g., APIs, cloud services, security)."
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Experience in sales support, product demonstrations, and customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
- Self-motivation, teamwork, and adaptability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
