A landmark project for corporate conference facilities has been completed at HELLENiQ Petroleum, a subsidiary of HELLENiQ ENERGY, with Infinitum and LG Electronics Hellas delivering the upgrade of the central amphitheater into a state-of-the-art communication and collaboration hub.
Awarded through a competitive tender process, the project highlights the synergy between cutting-edge technology and specialized expertise, transforming the space into a versatile hybrid meeting center.
The new installation features a state-of-the-art LG LED Wall LSBE025, measuring 5.40m x 3.04m (16.42 sq.m., 243.97″), delivering outstanding image quality and high resolution for presentations, corporate events, and hybrid meetings. This is complemented by AUDAC, Yamaha, and SENNHEISER audio systems, ensuring crystal-clear sound throughout every corner of the amphitheater.
To support videoconferencing, the project incorporates advanced automation systems, including intelligent camera tracking that automatically detects and focuses on the active speaker, projecting their image both to remote conference participants and to the on-site screens. The solution also includes on-stage seating with built-in microphones, where the speaker’s image is captured and displayed via a dedicated camera. Central control is managed through an intuitive touchscreen interface, offering simplified and efficient management of all functions.
Flexibility is a key feature of the upgrade, with the system supporting all major videoconferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex). At the same time, BYOD functionality allows personal devices to connect instantly via multiple connectivity options, enabling seamless collaboration.
The upgraded amphitheater equips HELLENiQ Petroleum with the capability to host high-level events, from international conferences to hybrid meetings, reaffirming HELLENiQ ENERGY’s commitment to technological innovation and digital transformation.
