Infinitum has designed and implemented a comprehensive operational technology (OT) infrastructure architecture for Hellas Gold, aiming at strengthening operational resilience, ensuring high availability for critical production systems and protecting industrial data. The new infrastructure supports systems such as SCADA and Industrial IoT and is designed to enhance business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities, reducing the risk of disruptions that could affect the company’s production operations.
Infinitum was responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of the project, from requirements analysis and solution architecture through to deployment and the integration of individual technologies. The objective was to create a unified, reliable and modern infrastructure tailored to the demanding availability and operational requirements of a critical industrial environment.
Through comprehensive architectural design and technology integration, Infinitum created a modern, resilient environment. The architecture comprises of two separate sites: a primary site and a disaster recovery site. This design enhances infrastructure availability and supports the goal of zero downtime, reducing the risk of data loss and prolonged downtime in the event of a failure.
