MYTILINEOS entrusted Infinitum S.A. with the design and implementation of multiple multifunctional rooms for phygital meetings in its new building complex in Paiania.

The project aims to simplify and optimize the company’s executive meetings by using the latest technologies, offering high functionality, ease of use, and excellent audio and video quality at the locations where the most important corporate decisions are discussed and made.

The solution is based on HP Video Conferencing equipment, the Poly StudioX, which ensures innovative video and audio technologies. Through AI mechanisms, these devices reduce the need for high-cost equipment to optimize sound reflection and simultaneously block the view of individuals outside the glass walls of the meeting rooms from the cameras. They feature an Android operating system and are certified for MS Teams Rooms & Zoom Rooms. A significant factor in their selection was the free central management system, POLY LENS, an ideal cloud tool for IT Managers as it offers remote troubleshooting, updates, and inventory control. Additionally, the overall solution includes large format displays from LG, providing digital signage and central management capabilities. For easy sharing and collaboration, Barco’s Wireless Collaboration devices were chosen. The project is proceeding according to schedule, and approximately 25 rooms have been successfully completed so far. The remaining 25 rooms are expected to be completed and delivered by June 2024.
