We support Centaurus Racing Group, the Greek super-heroic, tech-aware students!

Centaurus racing team, a student group of the University of Thessaly, has been active since 2009 in the research and construction of Formula racing cars, able to participate in the Formula Student competition, Europe’s most well-established engineering contest in the world.

So far, the team has created 7 racing cars and has participated in 14 competitions, with several significant distinctions, such as the 1st place in Costing and Construction, and 2nd place in Business Planning in Czech Republic competition, along with the 8th place in Design competition in Germany, while competing with the 60 best teams in the world.

The study areas of the team are aerodynamics, engine, composite materials, suspension, electronics, promotion and management. Prior to COVID-19, the team has been working in the laboratory, being able to cooperate and make research easier. However, as things turn out, the Centaurus team now works both from home and in the laboratory, with all the necessary protection to keep everyone safe.

Operating since the early 1990s in the IT services, Infinitum supports pioneers such as Centaurus Racing Team, promoting high-end technology and innovation in Greece. This support appears even more significant today, as Centaurus Racing Team is about to exceed its limits, designing a state-of-the-art driverless car, which will soon be able to participate in its category’s races!
